Resolution: Done
files were changed to use tcp+mping+fc, as recent benchmark suggested those for better
performance.
Also the files were cleaned up a little (remove cluster specific configurations from files
that are intentionally named as local, removed spacing etc)
Following files can not be used as they are (they need amendments) to start up caches:
"clonable-config-service.xml",
"jdbcCacheLoader-service.xml",
"tcp-cacheserver-service.xml"
All other files were tested.
