I consider both settings problematic, and the main configuration is supposed to be
relatively minimal. System properties may be placed in the main configuration file.

I need to set URIEncoding and useBodyEncodingForURI in jbossas7 but I
didn't find any way of doing it. The way it can be done in previous
versions can't be applied because server will not start up properly.
It would be great if you could configure connector like that:
<Connector name="http" protocol="HTTP/1.1"
socket-binding="http" scheme="http" URIEncoding="UTF-8"
useBodyEncodingForURI="true"/>
