Hi Tomaz, I think it would be best to do that as the restriction *is* there its just not
enforced by the UI atm so the error would happen the first time someone created a
transaction (and had configured the server incorrectly).

most attributes in transaction subsystem should support expressions especial
node-identifier.
review all attributes and enable expressions on all that make sense.
