logger/root-logger->level
logger->filter->level.name
logger->filter->level-range.[min-level|max-level]
One other thins is - loggin module has "subsystem" in loggin package, it seems
other modules have x.x.x.subsystem package defined.

In former version the logging configuration supports expressions.
The logger-level and handler-thresholds should be support this in AS7.
