I am pretty sure this does not happen with MySql 5 but I will verify yet again. Please
give the details of error as well.

When we are attempting to create a new role and its has been created JBoss Portal throws
an constraint exception form database and does not handle it. Sometimes Admin interface
shows us an error of code.
