I think we can close this as it's actually done because of
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBAS-5149. As a matter of fact the JBWS-1813 test case
proves this is solved in AS 4.2.3.
Please reopen in case I'm missing something beyond what's required for JBWS-1813.
