In updating the DeploymentManager logging and error checking, this can also happen if the
profile has not been loaded. You first need to call
DeploymentManager.loadProfile(ProfileKey key, boolean allowHotDeployments). If a profile
has not been loaded any DeploymentManager method now throws a NoSuchProfileException.
