Please add javadoc documenting this behavior to:
1) The ModelControllerClient methods that take an Operation param.
2) OperationBuilder.addInputStream
3) The API methods in o.j.a.controller.client.helpers.domain|standalone that take an IS.

We're currently haphazard about how streams associated with operations are handled.
IMO the most intuitive contract is whoever opens the stream closes it.
