Since the <annotation> syntax is not introducing the actual annotation to the mbean,
for now I am looking for the annotation in the ServiceAnnotationMetadata and create one
just for parsing the 'code' attribute.
Proper annotation support in the -service.xml descriptor should be added at some point.
