In the following case: value="1000", even if -Dvar=900 is defined, we do *not* overwrite 1000 ! - So the biggest change is this: using -Djgroups.bind_addr=1.2.3.4 does *not* necessarily overwrite bind_addr in the config file ! NO: bind_addr="5.5.5.5". The bind address will be 5.5.5.5 !
