Mario Fusco resolved JBRULES-3181.
----------------------------------
Resolution: Done
Now, when a date parsing fails, there's a fallback that tries to parse it also by
using the UK Locale before to throw an Exception if even this second attempt fails.
Broken tests are on machines with non-English locale

Project: Drools
Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Reporter: Mario Fusco
Assignee: Mario Fusco
Some tests are broken on machines with non-English locale because dates are formatted
with the pattern dd-MMM-yyyy (e.g. 10-Jul-1974) and that makes them fail when the month is
written in a different language.
