I think that the best user experience in this case would be to do what weld does when it
cannot load a class to scan it, and ignore the class while proceeding with the
deployment.

We need to be able to specify exceptions to ignore during classpath scanning. This was
available in AS6, we need it in AS7, or something similar. Please see
