agasinst this task.

For the particular failures its the
org.jboss.deployers.plugins.structure.vfs.explicit.DeclaredStructure caller that needs to
wrap the vfs call in a priviledged block. Not all vfs calls to priviledged ops should be
wrapped in priviledged blocks.
