To be clear: when I click on ResourceLink for Test, it does not work but when I click on
TestWithAjax page, it worked.

Header test: TestWithAjax. Click on 'Resource URL' link in Header test does
nothing, because javascript error occurs. This occurs only in TestWithAjax, so with
partialRefresh enabled.
