Resolution: Done
Now when you want to assign a deployment a dialog lets you select which groups should get
the deployment and whether or not the deployment should be immediately enabled.
Web Console: Manage Deployments should not require selecting the
Server Group below, before clicking on the "Add to Group" in the top part of the
dialogue.

The pop up dialogue should prompt you with a list of the server groups that are
available. For the win, the deployment plan should be selectable also. See the screen
shot for the challenge.
