Looking at AuthDeployer.java maybe the correct thing to do is adding an explicit
dependency to the torquebox module. Take a look at
org.jboss.as.security.processors.SecurityDependencyProcessor in AS7. We add the dependency
to picketbox to all deployment units that way.

We need to be able to deploy security domains in a deployment unit much like we had in
previous AS versions so customers can deploy security domains individually or along with
their applications.
