Subsystem was converted to ResourceDefinition and also gained new operations
now there are also operations for MailServerAdd/Remove and also all remove operations.
model is changed in a way that it is easy readable trough CLI.
Only thing missing currently are writable attributes.
code can be found in my mail2 branch
