Defining case for this is jbossas/projects/metadata
Maven Artifact ID is "jboss-metadata", but in repository.jboss.org this is
placed into "jboss/metadata/", not "jboss/jboss-metadata".
Please provide a hook for the override of the thirdparty artifact name.
