I'm not going to use JBoss Logging; IMO it's completely overengineered, and would
add 2 dependencies (JARs), plus a preprocessor stage which I don't want. Also,
it's geared towards use of Maven, but JGroups uses Ant.
I'm looking into the use of (Property)ResourceBundle to satisfy the 2 main ANDIAMO
requirements: internationalization and unique IDs for FATAL/ERROR/WARN/INFO messages.

As per [ANDIAMO-7|https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ANDIAMO-7] all messages (logged and
exceptions) need a unique id. This need to be done using JBoss Logging,
