David Lloyd commented on AS7-1841:
----------------------------------
We should not provide the stock JSR-160 transport (RMI) until/unless we have an RMI/JRMP
subsystem where RMI as a whole can be configured. This would, I think, include SSL and so
on.
Also we need to make progress on JSR-160 over Remoting, but there should already be an
issue for that...
SSL for JMX
-----------
Key: AS7-1841
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AS7-1841
Project: Application Server 7
Issue Type: Task
Components: Domain Management, JMX, Security
Reporter: Darran Lofthouse
Assignee: Darran Lofthouse
Fix For: 7.1.0.Beta1
SSL can potentially be enabled for the JMX subsystem, as this is management the
configuration should be obtained from the domain realm.
The configuration will then be consistent for the HTTP interface, the Native interface
and JMX.
