I need a section added to the JBoss Messaging User Guide in order to meet a requirement
for the JBoss Common Criteria certification for JBoss EAP 5.1.
The sections identified below by the CC evaluators relates to an inclusion from the HTML
community documentation for JBoss Messaging 2.0.0.
http://docs.jboss.org/jbossmessaging/docs/usermanual-2.0.0.beta1/html/sec...
The parts from this link that require incorporation specifically for certification
purposes are "30.5. JAAS Security Manager" and "30.5.1. Example". I
think mention of "30.6 JBoss AS Security Manager" should also be incorporated,
however seeing that it relates to EAP (and references an XML config file in the EAP
directory structure) it might not be appropriate to incorporate EAP info in the Messaging
guide.
From what I've seen of the enterprise version, these sections should be inserted into
the Configuration chapter of the Messaging User Guide.
Upon deeper investigation, there doesn't seem to be any information about JBoss
Messaging Security in the Messaging User Guide (scroll up to the top of the link - this is
where the security stuff starts). Might be worth raising another ticket to have all this
information incorporated, or just bash it in as part of this ticket?
The evaluator has also suggested that a graphic (attached) could also be refactored using
RH standards to assist the reader to understand how it all hangs together. It has been
verified as being correct for the latest version.
