Resolution: Done
Uses the values that are in RuleBaseConfiguration if it is passed to RuleAgent. If
RuleBaseConfiguration is not given or it is null it looks for the rule base configuration
values from RuleAgents configuration file.

When deploying rules using the RuleAgent, RuleBase configuration options, such as
insertion behavior (identity or equality) and cross product behavior(remove or keep
identity equals cross products). should be configurable via the rule agent properties
file. This way, all rulebase related configuration information can be maintained in single
location.
