Add support to SessionProxy to enable:
Object proxy = jndiContext.lookup("MyBean/remote");
SessionProxy sProxy = (SessionProxy)proxy;
sProxy.removeTarget();
Additionally provide support in InvokableContext for the proxy to ask the container for
removal.
