Resolution: Done
Added a ManagedOperationDelegate which delegates the operation invocation to
RuntimeComponentDispatcher.
Current RuntimeComponentDispatcher implementation uses KernelBus to do runtime component
invocation dispatch.
Need to write the ManagedOperation aspects for the
ProfileService.ManagementView
