I guess this is index issue. For example below artifact is in repo https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public-jboss/org/hibern... but not in Nexus https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/index.html#nexus-search;gav~org.hibern... This bug is critical because we are unable to download this artifact using jboss-public repository proxied in our Nexus.
