Richard Kennard commented on AS7-708:
-------------------------------------
David,
I understand and respect what you are saying. Thanks for your support. Please go ahead
with your changes and I'd be happy to test them for you when available.
My only concern is that your changes seem to involve the end-user explicitly configuring
something in order to suppress the instantiation errors? It would be great if an
application including metawidget-all.jar could just deploy by default, without any scary
errors, like it does on other app servers (Tomcat, Jetty, JBoss AS 6 and earlier etc).
Regards,
Richard.
Ability to specify classloading exceptions to ignore similar to

We need to be able to specify exceptions to ignore during classpath scanning. This was
available in AS6, we need it in AS7, or something similar. Please see
