The way it can be done in previous versions can't be applied because server will not start up properly. It would be great if you could configure connector like that: <Connector name="http" protocol="HTTP/1.1" socket-binding="http" scheme="http" URIEncoding="UTF-8" useBodyEncodingForURI="true"/>
