I looked at these tests a while ago, they will pass with one-test but not in the entire
suite. Did you run only these tests on Windows or the suite?

The Failing tests are essentially 2, testInterJarCall & testCallByValueInSameJar
within the IndependentJarsUnitTestCase unit test case.

The weird thing is I can run them without problems on windows but the fail on Hudson:
