creates a distribution zip that includes all the subprojects?

We should be able to build MC's sub-projects into following distribution:
<sub-project>_<version>
- dist (all modules as jars)
- src (all modules as zipped/jarred sources)
- readme.txt? (some generic notes or license agreement?)
