To reproduce this, use kitchensink-jsp quickstart (1) and in index.jsp replace {code} <%@ include file="registrationForm.jsp"%> {code} with {code} <jsp:include page="./registrationForm.jsp"/> {code} With this modification the quickstart no longer works on EAP 7.0.0.ER2 but it still works on WildFly 10.0.0.CR4 and EAP 7.0.0.Alpha.
