domain.xml and host.xml used to test.
Adjusted from stock by:
1) removing the main-server-group
2) making host.xml define a 2-cluster against the other-server-group (ha)
3) Adjust the other-server-group to use the ha-sockets bindings, since it's using the
ha profile.
