Postponed. To properly deal with this in the console, we would need some kind of
notification mechanism. For now the actual host list is updated when switching the views.
This should prevent most of the cases when this can happen.

I stop a remote HC but it is still selectable in the hosts menu on the console.
If I select any element of the failed / stopped host then
"read-children-resources" expections are produced in the DC log and the console
gets an "Unknown Error".
Ideally the console could detect a slave host has failed and mark it as offline or some
other indication that it is no longer available.
