The EJBTHREE-954 fix got dropped in the refactor out of ejb3 and into jpa-deployers. Will add the missing functionality to PersistenceUnitDeployment.start(), using the PUD's kernelName as the region prefix. The region prefix used thus depends on how the kernelName is created.
