Resolution: Done
The server was only processing one client at a time, and the waiting clients timed out.
SocketPerformanceClient.getSocket() returned instead of throwing an exception, and later
makeInvocation() got a NullPointerException because there was no socket or InputStream.
Added a remoting.number_of_clients parameter which tells the server how many threads to
start, one per client.
Fix raw_socket performance tests.

One more change was necessary. The various server threads get a port number for a
callback server, but there was only one callbackServerPort variable, and the threads were
stepping on each other. callbackServerPort is now a ThreadLocal variable.
