Marking this as resolved since we have the IPv6 tests passing for 7.1.1.Final and we had
fixed the IPv6 issues in this piece of code in that release.
Definition of IPv6 address is not possible for
<outbound-socket-binding> tag

In case that you want want to use IPv6 type of address in outbound-socket-binding tag,
like 1:0:0:1::12 or ::1
