Bonus points if we could log when we are initiating the temp file deletion as well (once
for each attempt but not once for each individual file delete). That might help us
understand if the attempt to schedule a later deletion, doesn't work out (because the
executor got closed or something).

Temp files will not be removed if the temp file provider is killed off by the container
before all of the files have been removed. Not sure this is really fixable in AS 6 under
MC, we probably need to hack in a special shutdown hook or something.
Anyway if we do such logging it should be at trace level.
