The issue is the line {code} jtaEnvironmentBean.getValue().getPerformImmediateCleanupOfCommitMarkableResourceBranchesMap().remove(immediateCleanup); {code} immediateCleanup is a {{Boolean}} and the return type of {{getPerformImmediateCleanupOfCommitMarkableResourceBranchesMap()}} is {{Map<String, Boolean>}} So this line never does anything.
