From a weld perspective, weld-dev is the right place to discuss this,
we keep a close eye on the moderation filter and let through messages from non-subscribers
which are not spam.

This [deciding on the writer/translator workflow] is probably one of
those rare cases where a forum thread would work better than a mailing
list. Or perhaps the issue tracker?
