[jboss-user] [Installation, Configuration & Deployment] - problem installing jboss from jboss-4.0.4.GA-src.tar

I downloaded the jboss-4.0.4.GA-src.tar and then extracted it to a directory. But I can't find any folder like bin,lib etc under the main directory.I found a bin directory in /jbossdir/system/src/bin that contains files like run.sh. When I run that script it gives error like: ...file run.jar missing... Clicking the "run installer" link in the jboss download page did nothing except downloadin a file ...installer.jnlp How can I install jboss.Should I download some other file or other type of jboss distribution.
