[jboss-user] [JBoss Tools (users)] - Struts Project development with JBossIDE

Hi, Can any one suggest which is best/user friendly to develop struts based enterprise application , Eclipse or Jboss IDE? I am concerned about packaging of hibernate as .har files , web application part as .war and the whole application as ear file and all jboss related deployment descriptors.
