Hi, everything is working now. i did not change anything, just ran the run.bat and waited until it was booted, then i could access the jbpm-console. ...i guess something went from during the server startup executed by the demo ant skript. perhaps it never started up at all. well, thank you for your kind and quick help!! best regards, T.K.
