I turns out I was not packaging the app corectly and the Cart.java was not being included in the *.jar. Which leads to a question: What does seam do if it is looking for a MB and doesn't find one? Going over the log file I would have exepcted to see Seam looking for the MB "processFlowNameAction" but didn't.
