due to a company mandate.  I've found my way through several issues so far, but this one has me stuck.  When I start the application I run into a hibernate MappingException on the CONVERTER_ column in JBPM_VARIABLEINSTANCE.  The research I've done indicates that this type of error usually is caused by a missing @Transient annotation, but I don't believe this field should be a transient.  Has anyone
