The problem was:

<node name="node1">	
  | <event type="node-enter">
  | 		<action name="miAccion"
class="com.prueba.sesion.ActualizaBDActionHandler"></action>		 			
  | <event>
  | 		<transition to="estado2"></transition>		
  | 	</node>

The tag event isn't correct inside "node"
