Hello,

set the jboss endorsed dirs property in your start script:

ex:
set JBOSS_ENDORSED_DIRS=%JBOSS_HOME%\server\hepp\lib\endorsed

and add the file: jboss-soapmessage-4.0.4.GA.jar in it.
