[JBoss Messaging] - Re: Bridge under load throws IllegalStateException

My Problem is solved but maybe still some bug in the messaging. My middle server (M) also has an internal Topic. I registered some durable subscribers and because I can not use JmsXA Connectionfactory I used XAConnectionFactory. JmsXA is not possible because then I can not use setClientId() (J2ee Spec). It seems that this is the root of this error. Means using XAConnectionFactory internally with heavy load and all the other configured and described stuff. My workarround: I changed my dynamic subscriber registration via a service to one single MDB which now handles all messages. Performance loss but now it uses JTA via JmsXA and everythink works fine... And when you say you are using JBoss3.x as the server, which exact version are you using? I just looked up the JIRA for JBoss Application Server and found a similar issue there http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBAS-2803. [JBoss jBPM] - about the jbpm-bpel-1.1.Beta3

[JBoss Seam] - Database performance

Where should I start my hunt for database performance? I'm on JB 4.2.1GA and Seam 2.0.0B1 and I've started converting a Spring app to Seam. I use JPA/Hibernate in both cases but my queries seem to take 2-3 times longer under Seam. I'm sure it is just a tweak, either in Seam or JBoss but where should I start looking? I think that you need a page action called on each page and a "from-action" attribute in your navigation element. In early committee drafts of BPEL 2, the variable variant of from-spec and to-spec did not allow access to the variables or the BPEL functions. This is the currently implemented behavior. The BPEL 2 standard (i.e. final version) does allow access to the variables and the functions. Since BPEL 1.1 does not specify the XPath evaluation context, either behavior is valid. If you'd like, file a Jira issue for changing the behavior of the variable variant of from-spec and to-spec to adhere to the BPEL 2 standard. This is relatively easy to do and will possibly be included in jBPM BPEL 1.1.GA.
