I think (and I supose) that this is a very extreme solution. Why don't you use some kind of If sentence that ask the name of the process, or the department in the company and then find the correct style sheets? In this approach the if is the only logic that you need, why use another webapps, and have absolute links.. I think if you can solve your problem is ok.. but i don't suggest this approach for something in a production environment. You can use process monitoring tools such as monit or ps-watcher to restart jboss when the process dies, at least until you find out the cause of the process to terminate. Hi, bi-directional mappings are a bit tricky: you always have to update BOTH sides of the mapping. [JBoss Tools (users)] - Cannot create J2EE JBOSS project in Eclipse

Hi, I've been looking at the JBOSS tutorial found here: http://docs.jboss.com/jbosside/tutorial/build/en/pdf/JBossIDE-Tutorial.pdf My problem starts at page 4, when i try to Create a new J2EE Project. According to the tutorial, i should have the following option: Select File > New >Project >JBoss-IDE > J2EE Projects >J2EE 1.4 Project. However, i don't have "JBoss-IDE" as an option. All i have is "JBOSS jBPM" and "JBoss Tools Web". >From looking at the JBOSS info it looks like the replaced the JBOSS IDE plugin with the JBOSS AS Tool plugin. Do I have to setup something in eclipse? What am I missing? Please help! I implemented the idea of a separate webapp that just holds the resources for various processes as I described previously. I structured it as deploy/default/resources.war/BCL/stylesheets/stylesheet1.css, deploy/default/resources.war/BCL/images/image1.jpg, etc. where BCL is the name of a process. In the stylesheets, I do the link with <link href="http://ip.address/resources/#{process.name}/stylesheets/stylesheet1.css"../> It works great! [JNDI/Naming/Network] - JNDI lookup for XADatasource fails with error

This involves using JBOSS 4.2.3 GA, Spring 2.5 and SQLServer 2000 XA jdbc driver. I created a file pxdatasource-xa-ds.xml file in the deploy folder with the following definition- <xa-datasource> <jndi-name>pxDS</jndi-name> <track-connection-by-tx>True</track-connection-by-tx> <connection-url>jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver://SQLTEST1;SelectMethod=cursor;databasename=App_Dev</connection-url> <xa-datasource-class>com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerXADataSource</xa-datasource-class> <min-pool-size>1</min-pool-size> <max-pool-size>20</max-pool-size> <new-connection-sql>select 1 from systypes</new-connection-sql> <check-valid-connection-sql>select 1 from systypes</check-valid-connection-sql> </xa-datasource> JBOSS is using org.jboss.resource.adapter.jdbc.WrapperDataSource class for this look up. If the object is assigned to object of type Datasource, there is no problem. But if it is assigned to the type XADatasource there is an exception. So even though I am defining a datasource that supports XA i.e. implements XADatasource the object that is returned to me somehow is of the type Datasource. How do I tell JBOSS that I need the looked up object to be XADatasource? Thanks.
