[JBoss Tools] - "no server jvm" when trying to start AS 7 server

I am stuck with the simple task to start a JBoss 7 server: I just see the message "Error: no `server' JVM at ... path\to\my\JRE" (see attached screenshot). No problem I thought: open the launch configuration, modify the classpath for "Bootstrap entries" and point it to different paths. I tried "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.6.0_26" and "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.6.0_26\jre" (where a "server" directory" is present), but the error message did not change. Changing the default JDK in the eclipse "Installed JREs" preferencesd did not help, either. Does anybody have an idea? I'm about to write a little proof of concept with EJBs 3.1 and would like to know about which is the best practice in generating a web service client using using EJB 3.1 together with JBoss AS 6. I was told I shouldn't really use Axis 1.4 since that could give me problems. My idea is to use Apache CXF runtime, because I read that this is part of JBoss 6 specification. Is it necessary to download the runtime and point eclipse to it or can I point and use a library file provided with my JBoss 6 installation (I usually define a user library in eclipse called JBoss, which contains all lib files). I wasn't able to find '/content'? I get some messages like this in my server logs during deployment. I was wondering how to eliminate these warning messages? Do i need to include jcommon-1.0.0-rc1.jar in my manifest.mf class-path;? When I use massively JBM queues; the tablespace dedicated for jboss is growing. After some search I foud that the LOBSEGMENT linked to the column PAYLOAD of the table JBM_MSG is taking 99% of the tablespace. The table JBM_MSG is empty but I have a lob segment linked to this table. I am not a jboss dev, and I don't know what is payload column for. [EJB3] - EJB inside WAR deployment order

Background: We have a servlet filter, where we need to access EJB bean. The problem is, that the filter is Guice driven, so we can't use @EJB annotation in the code, however we have to make a custom ejb lookup. Problem: When we deploy the web app, we get an error saying, that the EJB is not bound, because the web app and the filter is initialized before the EJB. Workaround: If I create a plain old servlet filter with @EJB annotation to an existing EJB, the deployment order is correct (1. EJB, 2. Web app). However this forces me to create useless filter, with @EJB reference to some existing bean. When using an @EJB annotation in a @WebService annotated class, the EJB doesn't get injected and I see the following warnings WARN [org.jboss.wsf.stack.cxf.resolver.JBossWSResourceResolver] (MSC service thread 1-2) Cannot resolve resource: cxf Also, it seems that I cannot use both @Stateless and @WebService on the same class... Should these 2 scenarios work ? Thanks!
