Well, jbpm persistent/jbpm human task module have a poor error/loggin handling. Much NPE and IllegalArgumentException, but well is a free and opensource product. Some comments:
1) I recommend use turn to update the value hibernate.hbm2ddl.auto, if not, each restart, recreate tables and you lost all data.
Put a breakpont at the source code at org.jbpm.process.audit.JPAWorkingMemoryDbLogger.addProcessLog(JPAWorkingMemoryDbLogger.java:90) and see what is null.

hi,
i possible have a answer for your problem, because i have the same problem on a jboss 5.1.0.GA
to use actual p6spy you have todo 2 things:
1. add set in spy.properties useprefix to true
2. add in -ds.xml to the connection-url the prefix "p6spy:"jdbc:mysql... (without quotes)
problem behind if you are interessted is the loading mechanism of
LocalManagedConnectionFactory.getDriver(final String url)
which is not checking the driver-class entered only if real loaded for the first time but afterwards only the url is checked !
// Check if the driver is already loaded, if not then try to load it
if (isDriverLoadedForURL(url))
{
return driver;
} // end of if ()
i hope the answer helps,
br horst

How should I report a problem with an attestation scan? ComplyGuard Networks ran a security scan in a server running JBOSS7. Vulnerabilites were reported for the two ports in whihc JBoss is listening (80 and 443). The attestation scan produced a pdf report that I could post for further clarification.
The OS release is CentOS 5.7 (Final)
kernel 2.6.18-274.3.1.el5
jboss-as-7.0.2.Final

The code that creates the directories are the exact same code that copies files.
So this is very strange.
Any chance the location of tmp and deployment is on two different file systems ?
Then the mv function could fail (really annoying bug because Java can't tell us if paths are on different filesystems)
To know if this is the case go to deployment tab and set the "Temporary deployment folder" to a temp folder that is on the same filesystem as where your are deploying to.
