*Getting started on ejb3s outside the container:*
The attached rar file has an application that uses ejb3 persistence outside the container
that can be run by from ant on command line.
Though the build script refers jars from jboss, jboss need not be running.
*Persistence Provider:*
Since a EJB 3.0 persistence layer is required, Hibernate is used as persistence provider.
Refer Persistence.xml file for configuration of Hibernate and build.xml for required JBoss and Hibernate lib files.
Uses annotations and no xml mapping files.
*Required SQL Script:*
1) Create a table om MS-SQL Server
CREATE TABLE Product (
productId INTEGER IDENTITY(1,1) NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY,
productName varchar(25),
productDescription varchar(25)
);
2) select * from product
*Ant sequence:*
1) ant jar
2) ant -Dargs0=productName -Dargs1=productDescription run
-> this ant task creates a record and also lists all records after the latest insert.
Fire up the Jboss and pull up the app.

Hello all i hope this is the correct forum to be disscussing this topic.
I am currently trying to use JBM with Jboss AS with Oracle as shared database for clustering. The version of the components are:
* JBM 1.4.5
* Jboss 4.2.3
* Oracle driver : ojdbc14-10.2.0.1.0
I followed the steps described in the JBM docs ( http://docs.jboss.org/jbossmessaging/docs/userguide-1.4.5.GA/html/install... http://docs.jboss.org/jbossmessaging/docs/userguide-1.4.5.GA/html/install...) and then tested the installation as described in the "Installation Validation" portion, all of the test succeeded. But the problem arises when i try to restart the server after sometime. The stactrace shows the following error:

I also searched in oracle forums for this and found( http://asanga-pradeep.blogspot.com/2008/06/oall8-is-in-inconsistent-state... http://asanga-pradeep.blogspot.com/2008/06/oall8-is-in-inconsistent-state...) this. And even after switching the ojdbc driver version from "*ojdbc14-10.2.0.1.0*" to "*ojdbc6_g-11.1.0.7.0*" is still get the same error. But if i run the jboss nodes after clearing the tables it works fine. Don't know what is the issues here so hope someone can help me with this problem.

Hi,
I am very new to jBPM. I have installed jbpm5.2.0 in my system and able to run the sample workflow through users john and mary. and it worked well.
Now i have started setting up my own users. I have read that if we add/modify users in user.properties and roles.properties it should pick up the newly created users.
However i am unable to login with newly created users. It neither throws error nor proceeds further. I have cross-checked the logs in server.log. I don't see any error.
If we enter any wrong password it is throwing an error. However if the credentials are correct, i am unable to proceed. I am still in login page and am struck there.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
